Bethenny Frankel is going to need a stiff Skinnygirl cocktail after all of this drama!

As we reported, the Real Housewives of New York star's ex-husband Jason Hoppy was arrested after he verbally harassed her in front of their daughter's school in NYC.

Apparently, the businessman approached Frankel and her boyfriend -- Dennis Shields -- and shouted things like, "She's pure evil."

On Tuesday, the Bravo personality was issued a restraining order against her baby daddy in regards to the arrest. It lasts six months.

Hoppy has to stay away from Frankel's home, workplace, daughter Bryn's school, and has to stop talking to her and a "third party contact" which probably means Dennis.

The only exception is when the former couple have to exchange custody of their daughter.

What a mess...
